Dart – Google’s Structured Web Programming Language

Google announced Dart a dtructured web programming language.

It’s interesting in that in case be executed in a virtual machine or can be compiled into JavaScript. You could write something in Dart and compile it so that it will work in JavaScript in any browser.

As I’m currently slowly reading Seven Languages in Seven Weeks, it’ll take me a while to look into it, but hopefully I’ll be a better programmer by the time I get to look at it!

Steven J. Baum Staff Are Scum

Terrible title but a cracking article – What the Costumes Reveal – NYTimes.com.

We are committed to effective communication with our clients and their customers.”

Right.

  • Let the Right One In – John Ajvide Lindqvist
  • The Road – Cormac McCarthy
  • Room – Emma Donoghue
  • Touching The Void – Joe Simpson

Mommy Bloggers from Hell

Debra Mastaler shared the following article within the SEObook community where we both spend far too much time after I’d mentioned an issue with Mommy Bloggers (it’s so hard for a Brit to say Mommy rather than Mummy), in that many responded to an outreach campaign rudely and demanding large payments for them placing a guest post.
