I nearly thumbed this down because a couple of the things I thought were wrong and I hate the title “95 SEO Tips and Tricks”. Mostly however it’s a conservative list and one wouldn’t go too far wrong following the advice.
You’d be much better off though, getting the SEO book and reading the popular SEO blogs.
